Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the tour departure date. If the balance is not received 7 days before departure, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund minus processing fees. 14-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund. Each tour may have specific cancellation terms that take precedence.

Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives.

Liability

Visit Yunnan acts as a tour operator and is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in tours. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
